Ninja team sports blend the best of both worlds — individual skill-building and team‑driven motivation. Every athlete learns to push their own limits while also contributing to something bigger than themselves. Through obstacle challenges, strength training, agility work, and strategy‑based team events, athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and resilience.
Ninja training celebrates each athlete’s unique strengths, but it also teaches them how to support teammates, communicate under pressure, and work together to reach shared goals. Whether they’re racing the clock, cheering each other on, or tackling a course as a group, ninja athletes learn lessons that carry far beyond the gym.
Qualifications to Join the Ninja Team:
1. Be at least 6 years old
2. Demonstrate consistent good behavior and attitude in the gym.
3. Be available to attend our team class on Mondays at 6:15-7:45 along with another hour long non team class each week.
4. Commit to attending (and traveling to) 4 to 6 Ninja competitions per year
5. Commit to attending Regional and National competitions, if qualified
6. Keep tuition current ($135 per month)
